Ablepreneurs® Website Cookie Policy - Last updated: 8 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Ablepreneurs Ltd, trading as Ablepreneurs® (Ablepreneurs®, we, us or our), uses cookies and similar technologies on the Ablepreneurs® website, member areas, checkout pages and other webpages that link to this policy.
It should be read alongside our Website Privacy Notice, which explains more broadly how we collect, use and protect personal information.
1. Who we are
Ablepreneurs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.
● Company number: 17190482
● Registered office: 41 Caldera Road, Hadley, Telford, England, TF1 5LT
● Email: hello@ablepreneurs.co.uk
Ablepreneurs Ltd is responsible for deciding how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Ablepreneurs® website, except where another organisation acts as a separate controller for its own technology or service.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a computer, phone, tablet or other device when someone visits a website. They allow a website to recognise a device,
remember information or choices, keep an account secure, provide requested functions and understand how the website is used.
This policy also applies to similar storage and access technologies, including pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, software development kits and device
identifiers. We use the word cookies to cover all of these technologies unless the context requires otherwise.
Some cookies last only while the browser is open and are deleted when it is closed (session cookies). Others remain for a set period or until they are
deleted (persistent cookies). Cookies may be:
● first-party cookies, set by or for the Ablepreneurs® website; or
● third-party cookies, set by another organisation whose service or content is used on the website.
3. Why we use cookies
Depending on the website features in use and the choices a visitor makes, cookies may be used to:
● load webpages and provide core website functions;
● create and maintain secure accounts and login sessions;
● protect the website, accounts, forms and payments against fraud, misuse and security threats;
● remember cookie choices and other requested preferences;
● operate gated community, course and customer areas;
● support checkout and payment functions;
● remember information entered during a session;
● diagnose faults and maintain performance;
● understand broad website usage and improve the website, where permitted; and
● measure or personalise marketing only where the visitor has given the required consent.
We do not use cookies to diagnose disability, chronic illness or neurodivergence, create medical profiles, or decide whether someone is eligible to join
Ablepreneurs®.
4. Cookie categories
4.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required to provide a service expressly requested by the visitor or to operate essential website functions. They may be used for:
● account registration, authentication and login sessions;
● security, fraud prevention and load balancing;
● remembering the visitor's cookie choices;
● retaining information needed to complete a checkout or requested form;
● delivering gated community, course or customer-area access; and
● providing payment and transaction-security functions.
These cookies do not require consent where a legal exemption applies. They cannot normally be switched off through our consent tool because the requested
service may not work without them. A visitor can block them through browser settings, but parts of the website may then fail to function.
We do not classify a cookie as strictly necessary merely because it is useful to Ablepreneurs®.
4.2 Functional cookies
Functional cookies remember choices or provide enhanced features that are not essential to the basic service. Examples could include optional display
settings, saved preferences or embedded functionality requested by the visitor. We will ask for consent before using functional cookies unless a specific legal exemption applies to the particular technology and purpose. Refusing them should not prevent access to the website's essential functions, although an optional feature may not work
as intended.
4.3 Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand matters such as which pages are visited, how people move through the website, whether a page has an error and how
well the website performs. We will obtain consent before using analytics cookies unless the particular use falls within a lawful statistical-purpose exemption and all conditions for that exemption are satisfied. We will not assume that an analytics service qualifies for an exemption merely because the information is described as anonymous or aggregated. Where consent is required, analytics cookies will remain off unless and until the visitor chooses to accept them.
4.4 Advertising and marketing cookies
Advertising or marketing cookies can recognise visits across webpages or services, measure advertising campaigns, build audiences, personalise advertising
or support tracking by advertising platforms. These cookies are not necessary to use the Ablepreneurs® website. They require consent and will remain off unless and until the visitor actively accepts them. Ablepreneurs® does not authorise the installation of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other advertising, audience-building or cross-site tracking technology merely by publishing this policy. If we introduce any such technology, we will update the cookie schedule and consent tool before it is activated.
5. Cookies used on the website
The live cookie schedule displayed through our cookie-preference tool forms part of this policy. It identifies, for each cookie or similar technology in use:
● its name;
● the organisation that sets or receives it;
● its purpose and category;
● whether it is a session or persistent
technology; and
● its expiry or duration.
The exact cookies can change when Systeme.io, Stripe or another authorised provider updates its technology, or when we add, remove or change a website feature. We regularly review the live website and update the schedule and consent settings where required. The website may use technology supplied by the following providers:
Provider: Relevant website function. Cookie position: Systeme.io/ITACWT Limited. Website hosting and pages, forms, account login, gated community, course access, email-related functions and website administration. Cookies required for security, login, account and requested platform functions may be strictly necessary. Any optional analytics, functional or marketing cookies must follow the visitor's consent choice unless an exemption applies. Stripe and its group companies Secure checkout, payment
authentication, fraud prevention and payment processing. Cookies genuinely required to complete and secure a payment requested by the customer may be strictly
necessary. Stripe may also process information as a separate controller under its own privacy information. Ablepreneurs® cookie-preference provider. Displaying the cookie
banner and remembering consent or refusal choices
The preference cookie may be strictly necessary where it is used only to store the visitor's cookie choice. Google Meet and WhatsApp are separate services reached through links or invitations. Merely linking to
them does not ordinarily place their cookies through the Ablepreneurs® website. If we later embed Google, YouTube, Meta, WhatsApp or other third-party content directlyn into a webpage, we will assess that technology, update the cookie schedule and block non-essential cookies until the required consent is given.
6. Consent and cookie choices
When someone first visits the website, our cookie banner or preference tool will provide clear choices to:
● Accept all non-essential cookies;
● Reject all non-essential cookies; or
● Manage choices by purpose or category.
Accept and reject options will be presented with equal prominence and ease. Non-essential options will be off by default. Continuing to browse, closing the banner, silence or inactivity will not be treated as consent. Consent must be a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous choice. Where consent is required, we will not set or access the relevant technology before you make that choice.
A person's choice does not affect strictly necessary cookies or technologies that fall within another applicable legal exemption.
7. Changing or withdrawing a choice
A visitor can change or withdraw a cookie choice at any time by selecting the Cookie settings link available in the website footer or through the cookie-preference icon or control displayed on the website.
Withdrawing consent will stop future use of the relevant non-essential technologies on that device or browser. It does not make earlier use based on valid
consent unlawful. Some cookies already stored on a device may need to be deleted through browser settings, and information already lawfully collected may be retained where the Privacy Notice explains a valid reason.
Cookie choices are generally device- and browser-specific. A visitor may need to choose again after changing devices or browsers, deleting cookies, using private browsing, or when we ask for fresh consent because our use of cookies has materially changed.
8. Browser and device controls
Most browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies. Instructions are normally available in the browser's privacy or security settings.
Browser controls are additional to the choices available through our cookie-preference tool. Blocking all cookies may prevent account login, checkout, community access or other requested parts of the website from working correctly.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may link to services operated by other organisations, including Stripe, Google Meet, WhatsApp and Trusted Partner websites. Once someone follows a link to another website or app, that organisation may use its own cookies and process information under its own privacy and cookie information. Ablepreneurs® does not control cookies placed solely through a separate third-party website or app. Where a third-party service is embedded in an Ablepreneurs® webpage, we remain responsible for
assessing the storage or access technology initiated through our website and obtaining consent where required.
Key provider information is available at:

● Stripe privacy information: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
● Google privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
● WhatsApp privacy information: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
10. Personal information collected through cookies
Some cookie information may identify or be linked to a person or device, for example, an IP address, an account identifier, browser information, a consent record, or website activity. Where this is personal information, we process it in accordance with our Website Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.
The lawful basis for non-essential cookie-related personal information will usually be consent. For strictly necessary security, account and service
technology, the lawful basis may be contract, legal obligation or our legitimate interests in delivering and protecting the requested service, depending on the
activity. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies.
11. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when technology, providers, website features or the law changes. The current version will be published on the website with
its latest update date.
If a change materially affects a previous consent, introduces a new purpose or adds a new third party that relies on consent, we will ask for a fresh choice before using the affected technology where required.
